After trying and failing to any decent information from other companies many not keen to sell to private individuals most only want to sell to the holiday parks when I did get a price it was high. One of my friends suggested I contact Knight. And I’m very pleased I did.
From my initial enquiry with one of the sales representatives who were always very helpful my caravan was made to order and have a different layout to the normal. We are all the way down south and was unable to go and see one but decided to order anyway. We normally run our house as a B&B (bed and breakfast) but from time to time let the whole house normal it just a week and we go on holiday, but the company wanted for 5 months, so it was planned for us to live in. We ordered at the start of July and we needed here for the 1st Sept a tall order, we had it for the 5th. The delivery was amazing what an operation! To manoeuvre so a large thing into a small space.
We then moved in and kitted it out, to a high standard, with nice curtains, nets a 75 inch TV, Sky, phone and internet. We are absolutely thrilled with it, the spec on it is very high the best I have ever seen. No sooner had we got it sorted the company renting the main house wanted the Lodge as well, so we had to move again. After 11 months we are back going B&B and now renting the Lodge out, people simply cannot believe it when I show them in and the feedback and reviews have all been 10.
Aftercare has been excellent if we have had any questions they have always been very helpful got back to us immediately.
